With over 14 years of vinyasa practice and a background as a registered nurse, Lynn brings a deeply embodied, compassionate, and holistic approach to yoga.
Her classes are slow, intentional, and grounding — with a focus on breath, awareness, and gentle adjustments to help you reconnect with your body and your center. ✨
