How to make these delicious banana
almond protein pancakes 🥞 🤤- a sweet & easy high protein breakfast (
Ingredients for 2 servings:
250g banana
30g USN BlueLab Whey
2 eggs
35g ground almonds
Light spray oil
Drizzle of syrup
Recipe:
- blend banana (save some slices) whey, eggs & almond
- add spray to pan on high heat
- add spoonful of batter and then pan down to medium heat
- flip the pancake when it bubbles
- serve with syrup and leftover banana
