Sapotim Mens Cancer Awareness

The Papua New Guinea Cancer Foundation (PNGCF) is pleased to announce the 2016 Mausgras Campaign in support of Mens Cancer Awareness Month. The Mausgras campaign aims to change a way of thinking and give men the opportunity and confidence to learn and talk about cancers that affect men, promoting action when needed.

1 in 10 deaths in PNG is because of cancer. Today we launch our Mausgras social media competition to find the best Mausgras along with a pledge to encourage healthy lifestyle choices to reduce your risk of the disease.
Email PNGCF a photo of your Mausgras (females may need to get creative) including how you will make a healthy change this November by ~ stop chewing betel nut, stop smoking, reducing your alcohol intake, exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet.
See PNGCF’s ‘example' of the type of photo to enter.

Email your best Mausgras photo and pledge to : fundraising@cancerfoundation.org.pg and we will share it on this page. Winners of the best photo will be announced at the end of the month.

PNGCF would sincerely like to thank the Mausgras campaign sponsors National Gaming Control Board, DHL and Moore Printing.
