Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: G&M Flores Hospital
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing: Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Develop strategies to attract top talent and fill vacancies efficiently.

Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive and productive work environment. Implement policies and procedures to support staff and resolve workplace issues.

Compliance & Regulations: Ensure hospital HR practices adhere to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Training & Development: Coordinate and manage training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge. Identify training needs and work with department heads to provide relevant learning opportunities.

Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance on performance issues and support managers in employee evaluations.

Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation packages and benefits programs. Conduct salary reviews and stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and fair compensation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong preference for experience in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Medical Lab Technician:
• Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Must be Registered Under PNG Medical Board (valid license).
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in a hospital.
• Must have a current 6 months police clearance.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations.
• With pleasing personality and can work under minimum supervision.

Pharmacist:
• Must have Bachelor Degree in Medicine in Accredited University in PNG.
• Must have current licence under the Medicine and Cosmetics Acts 1999
• Must be registered under Pharmacy Board of PNG
• Proven medical background experience for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Practices and Regulations
• Must have a current 6 months police clearance

We are looking for an experience and caring Pharmacist Assistant to join our health care team. He/She will be responsible for;

• Dispense medicines by packaging, labelling drugs and supplies and patient counselling
• Assisting in inventory management and smooth functioning of pharmacy
• Utilizes polite and professional customer-focused methods relating with patients in face to face or telephone conversations
• Carry out all tasks as directed by an accredited physicians/Doctors
• Record all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility
• Advise, instruct and provide information to patients about medicines
• Monitoring supplies and purchasing stocks from pharmaceutical suppliers
• Utilize the computer to input medication orders precisely and collect the essential patient information
• The capacity to participate and feel involved in decision-making decisions.

Job Requirements:
Must have Bachelor Degree in Medicine in accredited Institution/University in PNG
Must have a Licensed under the Medicines and Cosmetic Act 1999
Must be Registered under Pharmacist Board in PNG.
Must be COVID-19 vaccinated
Proven Medical background experience for 2-3 years.
Flexible to work on calls, Weekends and on calls.
Must have current Police clearance
Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
Must be knowledgable in Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
