Sa huling araw ng Nutrition Month 2025 activity ng Hand in Hand Therapy Center, ay inihain ng mga bata ang prutas na karaniwang hinahaluan ng condensed milk, ginagawang sawsawan, o kaya naman ay kinakain ng hilaw. Ito’y prutas na malabot ngunit sagot din sa maraming sustansya’t benepisyo — ‘yan ang “𝐀𝐕𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐎.”

𝑨𝒗𝒐𝒄𝒂𝒅𝒐 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒌𝒆 — simple, madaling gawin, natural, at masustansya na the best para sa kalusugan ni bagets. Hindi lang basta bastang pampatid init — ito rin ay nagtataglay ng iba’t ibang bitamina tulad ng vitamin E, C, B, at marami pang iba. Kaya basta shake, plakado ang “𝐀𝐕𝐎𝐂𝐀𝐃𝐎.”

Sa ikatlong araw ng Nutrition Month 2025 activity ng Hand in Hand Therapy Center, ay dala ng mga bata ang gulay na karaniwang isinasawsaw sa sundae, isinasahog sa ulam, o kaya naman ay ginagawang meryenda ng pamilya. Gulay na abot-kamay, hatid ay sustansya sa bawat bahay — ‘yan ang lunas ng “𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐒.”

𝑴𝒂𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒐 — simple, malambot, madali at masayang gawin, at tiyak na matutuwa at magugustuhan ng mga chikiting. Hindi lang basta comfort food — ito ay may Vitamin C para sa immunity, Vitamin B6 para sa brain function, potassium para sa healthy na puso, at marami pang iba. Iyan ang lakas ng “𝐏𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐀𝐒.” 💪

Kapit-kamay sa seguridad tungo sa nutrisyong para sa lahat at malusog na kinabukasan. 🇵🇭 💚
