REDUCE EYE STRAIN

Looking at a computer, smartphone or other digital screens for long periods of time may result in digital-related eye strain.
To help your eyes to feel relieved, do the following tips:
1. Blink as often as possible to moisten the surface of your eyes and prevent them from drying out.
2. Take a break every 20 minutes.
3. Adjust screen brightness to match ambient light.
4. Use artificial tears.

QUIT SMOKING!

Smoking makes you more likely to get cataracts, optic nerve damage, and macular degeneration. Cigarette smoke irritates the eye and worsens dry eye, particularly among contact lens wearers. Smokers are nearly twice as likely to have dry eyes. Smoking also leads to different eye problems. So, quit smoking. Love your eyes.
