📌TIPS ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF OUR MIND AND BODY.

1. Sleep - Having a good sleep give both the mind and the body enough time to rest.
2. Exercise - A quick can energize the body and helps it in maintaining it's health.
3. Meditate - It helps in making the mind relaxed and calm
4. Read a magazine or book - Reading makes the person imagine the scenarios from the books and feeds the mind which is good for the cognitive development.
5. Write a journal - Maintaining a journal helps a person in keeping track of his or her thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
6. Me Time - Me time is a must. Indulge yourself from time to time.
7. Rest during weekends - Recharge yourself by relaxing on the weekend.
8. Remind yourself to smile and be happy - You can also tell yourself that you are unique and special.

No, this isn’t what narcissism says. What the quote implies is that you need to awaken your love for yourself, such that it never dies. Once you are able to do that nobody would be competent to bring you down by hurting your self-esteem. You’d become your best critic. The days of finding an emotional support and relying on others for psychological well-being would be over.

You must not breathe but live through life with the virtues of love, compassion and hard work echoing not only in your mind but also in your actions.
