JUST IN: ILOILO REPORTS 1ST MONKEYPOX CASE.

The Iloilo City Health Office (CHO) confirmed the city’s first case of Mpox (monkeypox) during a press conference on Wednesday, 28 May.

In addition to the confirmed case, four suspected cases are under monitoring. All individuals are currently in isolation, with contact tracing ongoing.

The CHO is closely coordinating with national and regional health authorities to ensure a swift response.
