Studies show that one person's gambling problems has direct negative impact on at least six ( 6 ) others, most often the family members. If you are a spouse, relative, or significant other of a compulsive gambler, you can now join GAM-ANON. This is a network of support group for individuals affected by other's gambling addiction.

As gambling addiction rates increase, it is equally mportant that affected individuals ( AI) also have specialized support and guidance.
