Vacant PLANTILLA positions for the SOCCSKSARGEN Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center. (see attached CSC Bulletin / Publication).

5. Certificate of employment of previous/current employment;
6. Certificate of Eligibility / PRC (photocopy).
