I’ll be hosting my outreach program on April 11, 2025 at one of the orphanages in Cavite, sponsored by Rassel’s Pharmacy.

On this special day, we’ll be bringing smiles and support to 100 wonderful children by giving out school kits, toys, medicines, and vitamins. We’ll also be giving 5kg sacks of rice to help their families.

To make the day even more memorable, we’re planning fun games and delicious meals for everyone.

This Palm Sunday, the gospel reflected on the three suffering of Jesus Christ.

1. The suffering of his body
The pain of being beaten and wounded on the way to the cross.

2. The suffering of his soul
The betrayal of Peter and his friends.

3. The suffering of his heart
The deep feeling of being abandoned as he asked, "My God, why have you forsaken me?

A great reminder that even in that place of loneliness, there is strength. Jesus felt it too. He questioned, He hurt, He cried out but He did not give up. He trusted that suffering was not the end of the story.

May we keep going even when we feel alone. To hold on to faith, even when it feels distant. And to believe that even this pain can lead to something greater.

A meaningful Palm Sunday to all. 🙌

What is Bacillus Clausii? 🤔🤔🤔
Bacillus clausii is a type of spore-forming good bacteria that works to rebalance the intestine. When consumed orally, it can help treat and prevent different conditions associated to gut imbalance.
