What are Cause for Connecting Rod Broken?
A connecting rod can break due to several reasons, including:

1. **Over-revving**: Operating the engine at higher RPMs than it is designed for can cause excessive stress on the connecting rod.
2. **Fatigue**: Over time, repeated stress cycles can lead to metal fatigue, especially if the engine is frequently operated under high loads.
3. **Oil Starvation**: Insufficient lubrication can cause excessive friction and heat, leading to failure.
4. **Hydrostatic Lock**: When a cylinder fills with liquid (usually water or coolant) that cannot be compressed, the connecting rod can bend or break.
5. **Detonation/Pre-ignition**: Abnormal combustion can create excessive pressures within the cylinder, stressing the connecting rod.
6. **Manufacturing Defects**: Flaws in the material or construction of the rod can make it more susceptible to failure.
7. **Improper Installation**: Incorrect torque or assembly during engine rebuilds or repairs can weaken the connecting rod.

Regular maintenance and monitoring engine conditions can help prevent these issues.
