Bagong buntis? Overwhelming sa simula, pero puwedeng gawing simple. 💛

DO:
Magpa-check-up nang maaga, uminom ng prenatal vitamins na may folic acid, kumain ng lutong pagkain, uminom ng tubig, at magpahinga nang tama.

DON’T:
Uminom ng alak, manigarilyo, kumain ng hilaw o hindi siguradong pagkain, o uminom ng gamot na hindi inaprubahan ng OB. Kape at herbal products? Tanong muna kay doc.

UTI is very common sa kababaihan lalo na kung laging puyat, kulang sa tubig, o buntis. 💛

Puwedeng UTI kung mahapdi umihi, ihi nang ihi, masakit ang puson, o may kakaibang amoy ang ihi.

Pero kung may lagnat, panginginig, sakit sa tagiliran o likod, dugo sa ihi, o buntis ka, mas mabuting magpa-OB agad.

Huwag basta uminom ng antibiotic na walang reseta.

Hindi ito laging dahil sa puyat o stress. Minsan, may kinalaman na sa blood count, hemoglobin, o blood sugar mo.

A simple check (CBC, Hgb/Hct, FBS) can help explain what your body is trying to tell you.

Huwag ipagsawalang-bahala... magpa-check na sa Hiraya.

Vaginal discharge is normal for most women, pero hindi lahat ng pagbabago ay dapat balewalain. 💛

Karaniwang okay lang kung malinaw o maputi, mild ang amoy, at walang kasamang matinding kati o hapdi.

Pero kung biglang nag-iba ang kulay, amoy, dami, may kati, hapdi, pelvic pain, o pagdurugo sa labas ng regla, puwede na itong senyales na kailangan nang magpa-OB.

Huwag mag-self-diagnose o basta-bastang gumamit ng gamot.
