To all the patients under my service please take note of the following:

1. Physician Care Clinic is open every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday:
WELL BABIES 9am to 10am
SICK PATIENTS 10am to 1130am

2. Limited number of patients will be attended to per clinic schedule.

2. All WELL BABIES for vaccination are strictly by appointment.

3. Only one accompanying person will be allowed to enter the clinic.

4. No Mask ,No Entry for sick patients and accompanying person.
