New schedule for 2025, classes will be only on 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
🧘🏻‍♀️ HATHA YOGA & 🪑CHAIR YOGA are now available.
Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair for support.
Benefits of chair yoga include:
improved flexibility.
better concentration.
increased strength.

Yoga classes are available in a beautiful yoga studio with sea view at Island View beachfront resort, in Anda, Bohol island. You Can join the class in the morning at 8am or evening Time at 5pm. All levels are welcome and accessible for everyone. Please Book in advance if you like to do the class! Thank you.

Hello! There will be no yoga classes for 2 months at Anda, Island View Beachfront Resort as I am going on vacation from September 1st to November 4th, 2024. The Anda Yoga Studio will be closed. Keep up the good work on your side and I hope to see you in great shape for the upcoming season.

Hello I am Delphine and i am yoga teacher at Island View Beachfront Resort in Anda on Bohol Island in the Philippines.
