One of my favorite things about hiking isn’t just the view, it’s the connection. Whenever I’m in the mountains, I practice grounding, a simple way to calm the mind, recharge the body, and feel present.
✨ What is Grounding?
Grounding is the practice of connecting your body directly to the earth’s surface. Science says it can help reduce stress, improve mood, and even regulate sleep. Spirit says it makes you feel alive. 🌎💚
