SAFETY RULES TO FOLLOW WHILE IN THE HOSPITAL:
1. “NO MASK, NO ENTRY” policy. Please wear mask correctly.
2. Register at the TRIAGE BOOTH near the hospital entrance prior to entry. Have temperature checked.
3. Patients with FEVER, COUGH, COLDS, or other symptoms of possible viral cause to proceed to the ER.
4. Only 1 accompanying person allowed per patient.
5. Practice SOCIAL DISTANCING at all times.
6. Use 70% Alcohol or Hand Sanitizers or wash hands frequently. Avoid touching face (eyes, nose, mouth).

This page has been created as an adjunct to actual clinic consultations during the covid pandemic. It will serve as a venue for initial or follow up consultations to allay fears and anxieties regarding general surgery conditions of our patients in the community. As clinics reopen after lifting the Extended Community Quarantine, we adopt a “New Normal” system that will be safe for both health care staff and patients. Teleconsultations may be done here however recommendations may be limited by the inability to do an actual physical examination and do appropriate tests. Actual check up at the clinic will then be recommended only for those who need to be seen personally. This is to minimize the number of patients and watchers going to the hospital/clinic to avoid unnecessary exposure and to effectively implement social distancing within hospital premises. Please allow for some time for me to reply to your queries here as I am not online all the time. Consequently, this page will now also serve as my profile for all matters concerning my profession as a General and Laparoscopic Surgeon.
