Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of recent coding experience in an academic/university hospital.
Software Proficiency: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic and Solventum (3M).
Certifications: CCS, RHIT, or RHIA required. (CIC may be considered if all other experience requirements are met).
Work Setup: Must be available to work in-office.
