Carmela ( not her real name) 35 years old, was referred to us by a respected colleague from Tarlac Dr. Josephine Zarate Lacar in January 2025 for management of Infertility due to blocked fallopian tubes and endometrial polyps. After our thorough evaluation and discussion of costs, She agreed to have her laparoscopy and hysteroscopy in a government institution so she can afford to do her IVF as soon as possible while her chances are still good . After Trying to conceive for 10 years, She is now pregnant and in the second trimester and ready to be referred back to Dr. Lacar for further prenatal care and delivery❤️ Indeed, miracles happen when we work together!

Hazel was only 27 when she and husband Kean 29, first came to our clinic. They were referred by a respected OBGYN in Pampanga Dr. Estrellita Barretto. Because they were young and basic work up did not show severe factors we took a conservative approach. In 2022 we did 2 cycles of IUI adjusting to Kean’s schedule as a seafarer. But 2 more years passed and still no pregnancy when they decided it was time for IVF. In February 2024 we harvest 8 eggs and produced 3 blastocysts one of which was transferred in August. But unfortunately it was not successful. We then recalibrated and performed another Frozen Embryo transfer in November, and this time the miracle happened. This led to the birth of baby Keziah who is now 8 months old, delivered by the same OB who first referred them, Dr. Barretto. Thank you for your trust , we are truly grateful for your support ❤️

(This is why we love our job ☺️)

Hello Dra. Cosy and Co-sy Family!

First of all, I thank the Lord for using you as an instrument to fulfill something we have been praying for a long time. The process was not easy, but God is good. Because of the wisdom He gave you, everything turned out well. You are one of the people God used to make our dream of having a beautiful and complete family come true.

It took us 8 years before we were blessed with a child—after 2 failed IUI attempts and 1 failed IVF. But truly, God is good because His plans for all of us are always beautiful.

I always pray that you will be able to help more women who dream of becoming pregnant.
Thank you as well to the Cosy Family team, especially Ms. Babes, who treated us like family. More blessings to you, Dra. Cosy. May you stay healthy and beautiful inside and out.

Enjoy your coffee guys! ❤️ To God be all the glory.

When Suzette and Mckel first came to our center on April 5, 2025, they were already trying to conceive for 9 years with history of 2 miscarriages. They were referred to us by a respected colleague from Olongapo City Dr. Jimmy Manzano. We identified several causes including APAS and GDM and treatment started immediately. By July she already had a positive pregnancy test and this time the pregnancy continued to progress. After the first trimester she was referred back to Dr. Jimmy for further Prenatal care and delivery. And here they are , in less than a year from their first consultation, they are now holding their beautiful baby girl in their arms. Thank you so much doc for your timely referral and Congratulations Suzette and Mckel! Indeed Miracles can still happen after miscarriages!

Three years nang trying to conceive sina Beverly at Moises when they first came to our clinic in July 2024. May history na ng Varicocele surgery si Moises in 2022 but of course hindi enough ito para mabuntis sila kasi may obvious problem si Bev na hindi naaddress. She has PCOS at sobrang irregular ng mens nya at hindi siya nagrerespond sa simpleng oral medications. In fact she required many injections to produce only one egg! Additional challenge pa dito is they are from Ilocos Sur at need Nila bumiyahe ng 7 hours para makarating ng Angeles. Pero kahit mahirap, hindi sila sumuko, we were able to perform one IUI but unfortunately it didn’t work. Uulit pa sana kami ng ovulation induction with second IUI but this time hindi na siya nangitlog and we had to abandon the cycle. After further counselling, nagdecide na sila magIVF. In May 2025 We gave her very low dose of injections ( dahil at risk siya to have OHSS) but she still produced 20 eggs and 3 blastocysts. We didn’t waste any more time and performed a single blastocyst transfer in June and it was successful! They graduated in September and delivered to a bouncing baby boy this March! Praise God! At long last!
Sometimes couples hesitate to move on to IVF because it’s more expensive than IUI. But for patients with multiple factors involved, IVF can actually be more cost-effective.
Congratulations Bev and Moi! And thank you for allowing us to share your amazing story!

When Marjorie first walked into our clinic in November 2022, we already knew this was going to be a very challenging case. Marjorie was 34 and Husband Norman was 38 and were trying to conceive for 5 years by this time. She already had history of surgery for removal of her left o***y and multiple myomas in 2018. But her remaining right o***y still had a chocolate cyst and her uterus still had several fibroids and adenomyosis. We were able to harvest 10 eggs and freeze 2 blastocysts that month but before any embryo transfer could happen, her uterus needed further attention . We referred her for HIFU treatment in March 2023 and afterwards gave GnRH therapy to shrink the adenomyoma. Only after these steps did we finally proceed with a single blastocyst transfer in October. And although we were not very optimistic , ( because She still had many tumors present in her uterus) it was positive! She eventually delivered by Cesarean Section at 35 weeks gestation. What a blessing!!! Wondering what happened to the other blastocyst? Recently they came back for a visit with baby Theo 🥰 planning for another FET which after several months of preparation , happened in February 2026. However , this time the result was a biochemical pregnancy. Although this pregnancy did not progress, Marj and Norman were still deeply thankful. They told us that even if it happened only once, they were already grateful that they had been given a chance to experience the joy of becoming parents. All Glory to God!

Kris was 34 and Jay was 42 when they first came to our clinic in June 2023. Kris works as an OFW in Laos while Jay stays here in the Philippines . So from the very beginning, we knew that time and distance would be a big challenge. Because of her history of an ectopic pregnancy on the right fallopian tube and hydrosalpinx on the left, IVF was their only option. We expeditiously performed an egg retrieval and freezing of embryos in time for her return to Laos in July. Two years later (Yes, two years later😥) as we were planning to prepare her for her embryo transfer, we advised her to have her laparoscopy ( to remove her hydrosalpinx ) abroad so we can focus on her FET when She arrives. We performed her first FET in October 2025 but unfortunately it was not successful. Because time was running out, we did another FET back-to-back in November. And this time it was successful! After trying to conceive for 12 years! By the time Kris flew back to Laos in February she was already 13 weeks pregnant! Thank you so much Kris and Jay for your trust and confidence in our center! It is our privilege to walk alongside you , and many other OFWs , on your journey towards having a baby!

Myra was 36 and Jefferson was 35 when they first came to see us in November 2023. Based sila sa Kuwait and they purposely flew back to the Philippines after seeing our page . Eight years na silang trying to conceive by this time and already went through 2 failed IUIs and a varicocelectomy. When we evaluated them we couldn’t find any obvious cause for their infertility. Since we didn’t have enough time during their stay, we just tried IUI which didn’t work either. They came back in August 2024, ready for an egg retrieval which we expeditiously accomplished before they left again in October. Then another year later in August 2025, they came back for the final step , pero natagalan na naman ito dahil sa manipis na endometrial lining. Time was running out fast before they have to leave but thankfully we were able to promptly perform a Frozen Embryo Transfer in December 2025. And at last nabuntis din sila! By the time they flew back to Kuwait in February they were already 13 weeks pregnant. Yes, fertility treatment is not just about procedures. It’s about finding a team you can trust and people who are willing to walk with you every step of the way! Thank you for trusting our clinic Myra and Jefferson! We are so honored to be of service to you and to other OFW couples who are also struggling with Infertility !
