Fhaye is 35 years old at eversince nagregla siya ay Hindi na ito normal. Recently, aside from parating delayed, ngayon her me**es are becoming longer and heavier. Nung first check up nya last May 17,2025 ay sobrang heavy ng bleeding nya at sobrang kapal ng lining ng matris nya that we had to do an endometrial biopsy muna to make sure it’s not due to cancer. At mabuti na lang nga at hindi! With that ruled out, we proceeded with the basic work up and gave oral medications and in 3 months , positive na siya! At eto na nga nag graduate na sila ni hubby at 6 years TTC! Remember, your reproductive journey should always begin with taking care of your health .

Hindi talaga normal ang mens ni Maria eversince pa. In fact, noong first time niya kumonsulta on June 18,2025 ay halos 2 years na siyang walang regla. Dahil obvious naman ang cause, Obvious din ang treatment. We quickly did the basic work up and gave oral and some injectable medications and advised timed in*******se. And guess what? By August 22 , in barely 2 months, positive na siya! At eto nga, sila ay nag graduate na after TTC for 10 years! What’s the lesson here? If something isn’t right with your me**es, huwag nang patagalin pa magpacheck up na! It may be due to PCOS, it may be something else. What’s important is to go to the right doctor for the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment!

How does ultrasound help you succeed with IUI? With better visualization, Hindi kailangan mangapa ng doctor kung tama ang placement ng catheter, we are sure that the s***m is injected exactly where it should be. And with a full bladder, dumidirecho ang matris kaya mas madali at smooth ang pag insert ng catheter. Yes, these small adjustments can make a big difference in your journey to having a baby.

How can PGT-A help you succeed in IVF? Simple lang, pinapabilis nito ang time to conception dahil napipili agad kung alin ang healthy embryo na gagamitin for transfer . This is the story of a couple with unexplained infertility who came to us for the first time in August 2022. Dahil walang makitang obvious na cause, nagtry muna kami ng IUI for 2 cycles pero hindi successful . Noong bumalik sila this September 2025 ay ready na sila for IVF. Because of their particular case we suggested IVF with PGT-A at Ito ang results nila: Out of 17 eggs , naka 4 blastocysts sila pero isa lang ang euploid! Hindi na kami nagpatumpik tumpik pa at nitong December 3, we transferred that one healthy embryo. At ngayon nga ay pregnant na sila after 12 years of trying! This is the power of PGT-A, it shortens the time to pregnancy, it reduces the emotional and financial burden of repeated transfers. Yes PGT-A can be a valuable tool that can help bring you closer to your dream of having a baby❤️

Sa IVF may option ang couple na magtransfer ng 2 embryos, lalo na kung matagal na silang naghihintay, dati nang nagfail ang transfer, or may iba pang factors na dapat iconsider. Kung parehong nag-implant, ayun , kambal ang resulta ! Hindi goal ng double embryo transfer ang magkaroon ng twins dahil may higher risks ito for both the mother and the babies. Ang goal is to increase the chance na maging successful ang IVF.

These 2 couples came to visit on the same day. Pareho silang in their thirties at TTC for more than 4 years due to various factors . Si couple number #1, had history of 2 failed IUIs Pero nabuntis pa rin spontaneously with medication and timed in*******se. While si couple number #2 naman , hindi sapat ang maghintay, they had to go through one round of IVF para mabuntis. Ano Ang lesson dito?
Walang one size fits all sa infertility treatment. Kung ano ang effective sa isa puedeng walang effect sa iba. Ang sikreto ay PERSONALIZED management, tamang approach sa bawat situation. Kaya wag mawalan ng pag-asa, wag nang patagalin ang problema, Mag pacheck up na!

It’s an honor to share the amazing story of our very own Dr. Carmela Aquino , a Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility Specialist and one of our trusted affiliate doctors at Co-Sy Fertility Clinic & IVF Center. For years she devoted herself to helping other couples have a baby. But behind her quiet strength and compassion, she was also carrying her own private battle with infertility. After 2 miscarriages and TTC of 9 years she performed her own ovarian stimulation while I had the privilege of doing her Oocyte Retrieval and Embryo Transfer right here in our center which resulted in this pregnancy and live birth at the age of 40!
