4. Ready pictures of patient's problem areas, specially for throat & mouth concerns.
5. Tell me the WEIGHT of your patient
6. Once done you will be given an Electronic Prescription that you need to COPY, PASTE, EDIT TO FILL IN THE BLANKS ( Name, Age, Address, Weight of the patient) & RE-SEND BACK to me.
7. Electronic Prescription with all the details needed filled by you, will be sent to you with the Medication prescriptions.

After May 15, 2020 I will be ending my free consultation service on line. It was an honor to be of service to you in this times of pandemic.

The COVID 19 VIRUS has placed a dramatic change on how we doctors go about our medical practice. Clinics were closed in the course of finding effective ways to combat the virus to avoid infection spread among doctors & patients.

Soon a lot of us Doctors will go back to practice under the FOR-NOW “NEW NORMAL”. Practice will have limited clinic time and number of patients.

It is in this light that I have decided to maintain my FB site for patient consult and follow-up. This will help minimize exposure to the virus as we all stay home.

Consultation will still be via chat but maybe later on we can have video chat as we continue to find ways to improve medical services on-line. Of course patients will be evaluated here and those who need to be seen will be advised to go to the clinic or to the ER.

The COVID 19 VIRUS is still out there and unless there is a vaccine for everyone, we will never be safe.

Let us all stay safe & stay home.

May 2, 2020 1st Clinic Day this Lockdown for well babies & vaccine catch up. “The New Normal” for us in the medical field! Advisory tells us to wear complete PPE & proper sanitation & disinfection before & after each clinic day. In as much I as admired a lot of people giving away free PPEs for donation to frontliners,I have not received one or been offered one. I tried asking some friends if I can BUY one, but maybe they were too busy to notice my message. I felt so left out , my first day of clinic tomorrow & no PPE for me & my secretaries. Though it was by appointment well baby check up, I felt like going to war, unarmed! Sitting in our carport, where I usually hear my live morning mass, since there was an Altar there which I put up when my Mom was alive. I looked at the Infant Jesus & shared with him how I feel (like a child telling a story ) I said “ take care of us tomorrow” suddenly my phone rang! It was my old friend Joy Mina Cayme Cangco of Brands & Beyond who is now President of Rotary Club of Balibago, (she is also into manufacturing PPEs) asking me my address because she was giving me & my secretaries FREE PPE’s!!! Answered prayers? I guess so. Thank you Lord for always providing me with what I need. 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️. Thank you also for our supplies of faceshields @ Carolyn Torres Regalado and for my 3M Half Mask Respirator from my good friend Dr. Jo Villamayor & Alvin Meneses of Aisec Pharma, hard hat & Alcohol from my kumare Tintin Tolentino of Pharmasia! God bless & protect all of us!
