There would be times where we feel like we're hopeless, in which we start to question ourselves if everything that we do is correct, if we should continue these battles or just give up. But you should remember that there would be a time where you'll find enjoyment, it may not be today or tomorrow, but it will come. Healing is also not as fast, after all, the first thing we should prioritize is our self. If you're having a hard time catching up to someone, then it's alright to take a break, to pause and breathe, to re-arrange your thoughts so that you can come back stronger than before. It's your life; you can watch movies, try new hobbies, treat yourself into something better, take your mind off the things that are burdening you. Regardless, you should take it slow, because not everything can be achieved in an instant if we rushed it right? As they say, if you want to make something worthwhile, take your time planning for it. The slow burn is a part of the process that we built piece-by-piece in order for us to become a better person.
Take your time, nothing is chasing you. Take this advice as a grain of salt, but remember that whatever pace you want to go, this team is always rooting for you!! ^^
