Our aim is to make our guest feel comfortable and to enjoy their stay. As Mark (our first guest) said "home away from home". Guest will have access to kitchen appliances i.e cooker, microwave, washing machine, kitchen utensils, 47 TV with cable (international) TV, wifi and billiard table. Interaction with Guests
I will be available via Airbnb messaging and can reply quickly as I have message alerts on my mobile. On arrival my family will be able to take care of your needs during your stay because they live next door. The Neighborhood
We are located in San Ignacio Subd. The neighbourhood is safe because it is located in a gated community with a guard at the entrance/exit. Visitors of guest will be verified before allowing in the community. We are away from the main road so you do not get the noise from the traffic. The house is about (depending on traffic) 20 -25 mins drive to the city centre, the night life of Balibago and 10 mins to Marquee Mall for those who want to indulge in retail therapy, to dine at the many restaurants / cafes or watch a movie at the cinema. There is also Tuscany Swimming Resort within 10 mins walking distance. Getting Around
Ideally a car is recommended but if you want to experience the true Philippines we can provide a tricycle for short journeys (for a small fee) or you can opt to ride on the many colouful jeepneys. We can recommend a car / mini van hire on request. Other Things to Note
