Hindi lamang sa psychotherapy at gamot gumagaling ang mga mayroong hamon sa kalusugang pangkaisipan.

Mayroon ding mga alternatibong pamamaraan tulad ng paglikha ng mapagkakatiwalaan at maaasahang support system at pagpractice ng mindfulness.

Ayon kay Ian Onanad, Founder ng Tallaro Healing Center, ilan sa programa nila ay ginagamit ang mga pamamaraang ito.
