𝗔𝗛𝗙 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆

AHF Philippines conducted a chart audit and health facility assessment at Angeles City Primary HIV Care Clinic to enhance service quality and continuity of care. The activity assessed patient management and service protocols, strengthening the clinic's role in delivering client-centered HIV services in Pampanga.

Led by AHF Philippines Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Cecile Joy Lagas and supported by partner site staff, the activity reviewed client management systems and service delivery mechanisms. The audit and assessment aim to identify areas for improvement in clinical care, highlight best practices, and align service delivery with AHF’s global quality standards.

Suspendido rin ang trabaho sa gobyerno habang nananatiling bukas ang mga essential service offices upang maglingkod.

Suspendido rin ang trabaho sa gobyerno habang nananatiling bukas ang mga opisina ng essential services upang maglingkod.

Samantala, suspendido rin ang trabaho sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno, habang nananatiling bukas ang frontline offices at nakahanda ang ating mga essential employees upang maglingkod.

Nais po naming ipaalam sa lahat ng ating mga ka-barangay na ang nakatakdang libreng serbisyong medikal para sa mga buntis na residente ng ating barangay na orihinal na nakatakdang maganap sa darating na Huwebes, Hulyo 24, 2025, ay na-reskedyul sa Martes, Hulyo 15, 2025, mula 8:00 am hanggang 12:00 pm, sa Barangay Sapalibutad Health Center.

Ang mga sumusunod na pagsusuri ay libreng pong ibibigay:

✅ Pagsusuri para sa Syphilis
✅ Pagsusuri para sa Hepatitis B
✅ Iba pang mga check-up

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a virus that weakens the immune system by attacking white blood cells, making the body vulnerable to infections and certain cancers (World Health Organization, 2024).

𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒄𝒕𝒔: HIV spreads through body fluids (i.e., blood, breast milk, semen, and vaginal secretions), unprotected s*x, and childbirth — not kissing, hugs, handshakes, or sharing personal objects.

Early signs include 𝐟𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫, 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞, 𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡, 𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞.
