✅ 76-YEAR-OLD STAGE 4 HEAD AND NECK CANCER PATIENT (oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma) complains of a large neck mass causing obstructed breathing and swallowing.

✅️ He underwent transoral endoscopy-guided surgery, tracheostomy, and subsequent combined chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

✅️ 6 months after -- no masses visible and without previous obstructive complaints.
