About the Role:
As a Quality Control Specialist, you'll help ensure our cosmetic and personal care products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for both new graduates with a science background and skilled QC professionals looking to grow in a GMP-compliant manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform in-process and final product testing (pH, viscosity, appearance, odor, etc.)
✔ Support the review of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
✔ Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA.
✔ Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D teams
✔ Maintain accurate lab documentation and test records
✔ Participate in investigations and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
🔹 Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy or related field
🔹 Strong attention to detail and interest in quality systems
🔹 Lab or manufacturing internship experience is a plus (but not required)
🔹 Knowledge of cosmetic or pharma GMP is an asset
🔹 Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
