From January 27–29, 2025, Psychlink Consulting, led by facilitators Dr. Homer Yabut and Mr. Alexie Basileyo, RPsy had the honor of facilitating the 2025 Debriefing & Soft Skills Training for the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine - Assay and Molecular Testing Laboratory (RITM-AMTL) at Loreland Farm Resort in Antipolo, Rizal.

Through psychosocial processing, we created a safe space for the AMTL team to reflect, share experiences, and strengthen team cohesion. Our Soft Skills and Communication Training focused on Active Communication Techniques, Adaptability, and Problem Solving, equipping the team with essential tools to thrive in high-pressure environments. It was inspiring to see the RITM-AMTL staff engaging passionately in building a supportive and resilient work culture.
