-Bachelor's degree required (Hospital/ Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business, or any related field).
-Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), or related discipline is preferred.
-At least 3-5 years in healthcare management or related fields -preferably in oncology, cancer centers, or complex clinical services.
-Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Budget planning responsibility experience.
- Exposure to oncology (radiation therapy or chemotherapy) operations is a strong plus.
