One of Those Cases I’ll Never Forget 🦷✨

Who knew dental problems could make such a dramatic appearance? 🥲

A patient walked into the clinic with persistent facial discomfort. At first glance, it looked like a simple pimple on the face. But deep inside — it was something much more serious.

An infection from a necrotic canine, silently progressing and showing up on the face. 🦠

Yes, dental infections can show up on your face — quite literally. ☹️

It still amazes me how something hidden in the mouth can make such a loud statement externally.
This is the kind of case that reminds me just how powerful and important dentistry really is. ✨

Thankfully, with the help of modern endodontic techniques, we were able to safely drain the infection through Root Canal Treatment (RCT). We were able to relieve the patient’s pain and save the tooth — all without surgery or extraction — just the power of saving teeth and restoring health! 🙌🙌🙌🙌

The same set of teeth is now clean and free of heavy staining, with a healthier and more polished appearance.
Minimal natural grooves and faint discoloration remain, which may suggest early enamel breakdown or potential carious lesions.
