1. Taking care of patients and assist their medical needs according to nurses’ instructions
2. Helping patients move and transfer from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa
3. Supporting nurses
4. Improving hospital environment
5. Support patients with their activities of daily living (feeding, bathing, glooming, etc.)
6. Assisting with recreation and functional training, etc.
7. Performing other tasks that will improve the patient’s well-being and safety

📜 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:
- Passer of Japanese Foundation Test for Basic Japanese, or Japanese Language Proficiency N4 or above;
- Passer of Nursing care Japanese language evaluation test:
- Passer of Nursing Care skills evaluation test;
- Having experience as nurse or care worker for 1 year or more
- Having graduated from Nursing College preferred;
- Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA welcomed
- Being good at working in teams;
- Being diligent, honest, and good mannered
