HOUSE RULES
1. Dr. Jocelyn Rivera's Consultation Time
Monday to Saturday : 9 AM - 5 PM
2. Sign Ups for Consultation Slots will be available everyday. Your slot will be confirmed prior to the consultation time.
3. Dr. Jocelyn Rivera's Online Consultation will be conducted via Viber.
4. An Informed Consent will be secured for every consultation.
5. Only One patient will be entertained per consultation slot. ONE PAYMENT PER PATIENT. Pls provide the NAME/AGE/WEIGHT of the patient.
6. Your prescription or laboratory requests, when applicable, will be provided by Dr. Rivera via photo.
6. Consultation fee is Php 500. Payments for each consultation should be settled via Gcash/Bank Transfer (BPI). A photo of the deposit slip will be shown to the doctor prior to each consultation.
6. Your Official Receipt will be provided by Dr. Rivera via photo and may be collected personally at Dr. Rivera's Clinic during clinic hours.

1. Dr. Jocelyn Rivera's Online Consultation is meant to provide medical assistance for non-emergency and/or non-life threatening medical conditions only. 2. Dr. Jocelyn Rivera"s Online Clinic provides a remote consultation platform. As such, any medical advice, diagnosis, opinion, or treatment, provided to you is entirely dependent upon your complete honesty in providing all details of your child's current symptoms and/or medical issues; your child's complete medical history, disclosure of any and all medications your child is currently using, and your complete acknowledgement that you do not believe that your child is in any sort of an emergency medical situation, and that you do not believe that your child's current medical condition to be life threatening.
3. By being part of this group, any personal information you share or provide, such as your child's name and profile, may be viewed by other people. Dr. Jocelyn Rivera will not be liable for any unauthorized use by other people of the information you provide.
4. I reserve the right to delete, without notice, any posts that are abusive, obscene, illegal, or disruptive.
