What an incredible day of learning, sweat, and laughter at today’s Blackbelt Training led by Master Arsol! 👊

From the moment we started, it was clear — this wasn't just about technique or form. It was about reconnecting with the heart of Taekwon-Do: discipline, camaraderie, and the pure joy of pushing ourselves beyond limits.

I had the amazing opportunity to meet and train alongside dedicated martial artists from Maharlika TKD and Aserong Kalasag Martial Arts. Despite coming from different schools and backgrounds, we moved, kicked, and laughed together. That’s the magic of gatherings like this — we grow not just as martial artists, but as a community.

The session was intense and insightful, with Master Arsol guiding us through principles that reminded us why we started this journey in the first place. And while the techniques and the drills were serious, the smiles and shared moments made it all feel lighter. Fun was definitely part of the curriculum today!

Thank you to everyone who made this training a success. This is exactly the kind of experience that recharges my motivation. I’ll carry the lessons — and the energy — with me into every class I teach, and every belt I help others earn.

Let’s keep growing. Let’s keep smiling. And let’s never stop training. 👊🔥

GRADING UPDATE

After a short delay brought by the typhoon, the July 5, 2025 Sinag ITF Taekwon-Do Grading Exam pushed through with the same fire, discipline, and unity we’ve trained so hard for. 🌧️➡️☀️

To all the parents, thank you for your unwavering patience and support. Behind every kick and every form was your encouragement, sacrifice, and belief in your children. You are the quiet force behind their success, and we share this milestone with you. 💙

To our students, your dedication and perseverance stood tall. You’ve trained through every challenge and proven that you’re ready for the next step. Keep going.

To our Blackbelts, thank you for guiding, mentoring, and being role models for the younger generation. Your leadership echoes far beyond the mats.

We are also honored and grateful to have had Master Arsol, 8th Degree Black Belt, as our official Grading Examiner. His expert eye, watching from all angles of the mats, gave a complete and fair view of every performance — ensuring that each student was assessed thoroughly and with the highest ITF standards. His perspective not only maintained the integrity of the grading, but also gave valuable feedback that will help shape the growth of every practitioner.

This was more than just a grading—it was a testament to our dedication.
