How?
1. Keep Becoming. Reframe the new year as a continuation from last year’s, instead of a new beginning altogether.
2. Let Go. Use the new calendar year to your advantage by choosing to let go of unhelpful thoughts or negative habits.
3. Think and Act. Take time to reflect back on what activities / people / information is worth taking forward, and make room for it on your calendar.
