We are inviting everyone to join us in our Mass Blood Donation on August 12, 2025 (Tuesday) from 8:00am to 5:00pm at Dietary Dining Hall, Fatima University Medical Center - Antipolo Basement.

Eligibility Checklist 📋
✔️Must weigh at least 110lbs/50kg.
✔️16-65 years old; as a minor, must have written parental consent
✔️Must have 6-8 hours of sleep
✔️Must be well-hydrated
✔️Must have eaten before contemplated blood donation
✔️Must not take any medication (e.g. Isotretinoin, Finasteride, Etretinate, Feldene, Aspirin, Steroid, etc.)
✔️Must avoid alcohol intake and smoking 24 hours prior to scheduled blood donation.
