JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Staff Nurse is responsible for rendering nursing care to patient within an assigned area, with function depending upon the organizational structure of the hospital. In small hospitals she may act in the capacity of head nurse.

Give quality nursing care to patient according to their individual needs.
Participates in general activities of nursing service.
Substitute the charge when we delegated.
Assists in the orientation of new nursing staff in the unit.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Licensed Nurse
2. Experience in hospital setting is a plus but not totally required.
