JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Process payroll from timecard/biometrics
- Process SSS, PhilHelath, and PagIbig deductions and contributions.
- Process Personal Loan deductions
- Generate payslips
- Load payroll into online banking
- Address employee concerns regarding payroll and contributions
- Monitors and guarantees that contributions are deposited with corresponding government agency in a timely manner online.
- Perform bank deposits and withdrawals
- Perform bank transactions with company's bank account
- Perform tansactions at SSS, PhilHealth, and PagIbig offices.
- Perform transactions with LGU to register business permits and other requirements
- Perform office paperworks and filing
- Maintain an orderly and organized office filing system
- Utilize MS Office in implementing office process improvements and efficiencies
- Post job openings online
- Interview and screen candidates
- Keep employee records
- Maintain DOLE requirements
EXPERIENCE: 2 years
- Human resources experience is a must!
- Payroll computation experience is a must!
- SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig contribution computation experience is a must!
EDUCATION:
- College graduate 4 year course. Any 4 year degree related to business administration
SKILLS:
- Must be proficient in the use of computer
- Must be skilled in use of MS Office
- Must be organized
- Must be flexible
- Must know how to do organized filing system
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to contribute to the improvement and efficiency of office procedures and processes.
All commute/travel fare expense while performing job are reimbursed.

It started its humble beginnings when it deployed its first batch of workers in the De La Salle University campus in Manila and was followed a year later by the De La Salle-Zobel in Alabang. It has been known for its achievements in landscaping and janitorial services maintaining various universities, government institutions, commercial and banking establishments, and private residences for over forty years. It has continued to cultivate and nurture its integrity, guaranteed quality workmanship, and client-oriented satisfaction.
