Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the business.
Handle end-to-end billing and documentation, including receiving documents, submitting payment requests, coordinating with vendors, and sharing proof of payment.
Organize and maintain proper filing of documents and forms.
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with various departments.
Track and monitor messenger/collector business errands and expenses, ensuring proper controls.
Assist in vendor sourcing for possible accreditation and partnership.
Monitor, track, and replenish office and admin supplies; prepare timely and accurate reports.
Manage inventory, including asset tagging, identification, and reconciliation.
Answer and log telephone calls accurately; relay messages promptly.
Receive and log important documents, ensuring timely delivery to the intended recipients.
Perform special projects and other tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a 4 year college graduate (any business-related course)
Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Good analytical, reporting, and process management abilities
Adaptable, flexible, and goal-oriented
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong commitment to company values and operational standards
Experience is a plus +++

It is backed with an aggregate of over forty nine years of technical expertise. It started its humble beginnings when it deployed its first batch of workers in the De La Salle University campus in Manila and was followed a year later by the De La Salle-Zobel in Alabang. It has been known for its achievements in landscaping and janitorial services maintaining various universities, government institutions, commercial and banking establishments, and private residences for over forty years. It has continued to cultivate and nurture its integrity, guaranteed quality workmanship, and client-oriented satisfaction. The company holds office at 1 Round Robin Drive Victoria Valley, Antipolo City
