🌈In collaboration with Tugon Medical Clinic and Hospital, Philippine Medical Association, Antique Medical Society for the celebration of the National Medicine Week 2025; tayo po ay magkakaroon ng Lecture Series para sa ating mga mumshies- mga buntis at nag-bebreastfeed! 🐼

🍀Mag-chi-chika tayo at mag di-discuss ng mga concerns na hindi natin minsan napapansin pag nagbubuntis or breastfeed: ang MENTAL HEALTH, Skin Care, or Smoking at Vaping!🤙

⭐️Pag-uusapan natin ito- at may mga prizes at mini-games din tayo!

💐Kita-kits sa September 25, 2025 ( Thursday) 8:00AM sa Libberman Sports Complex dito sa Brgy. Centro Norte!

🌈Bidding Farewell to our Arduous Interns: A Job Well Done!🤙

🍀This September 17, 2025 was the last day of some of our Government Internship Program Interns! 🌼 ⭐️ Wee would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude and best wishes to our talented for them! 🌺

🌤️We were blessed to have Margie A. Julao, Lyssette Gregorieh P. Tunguia, Regielyn T. Sarino especially on their roles of helping our Pandan Primary Care Facility to be smooth and chill! 🧊

🐝Their busy bee dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment to health care and public service have been truly inspiring, and we are grateful for the valuable contributions they had made- may it be taking vital signs, assisting in paperworks, or finding medical records! 🏥

🎉Blood Donation Drive, Medical Consultation, & Phillhealth Registration at Brgy. Talisay Sept 2025! 🌻

🐼Maraming Salamat sa Aming Blood Donors from Brgy. Talisay, Centro Sur, Centro Norte, Perfecta, and also to the other Metro barangays!

🌸Ngayong September 16, 2025 ay nagkaroon tayo ng blood donation drive, kasabay ng Philhealth Registration, at Medical Consultation sa covered court ng Brgy. Talisay.

🌻Kahit na medyo karumaldumal ang panahon at busy ang mga tao, kami ay nagagalak sa pag-show up ng mga eager blood donors- at marami pang gustong humabol! We are very grateful din kasi marami po tayong successful blood donors na na-screen ngayong araw!

🩸Patak lang siguro siya ng dugo na tina-try natin mapa-buo ng 500 ml of fresh whole blood, pero malaki ang epekto neto sa lahat ng mga nangangailangan! On behalf of our Pandan Primary Care Facility/Health Center, kami ay lubos na nag papasalamat sa lahat na nagpunta para mag-donate ng dugo! ❤️

💐We are hoping na sana maka-convince pa tayo ng maraming tao na makatulong sa ating mga taga-Pandan sa pamamagitan ng pag-donate ng dugo!

🌤️A Big thank you firstly to our Barangay Captains 🦸‍♀️who had sent donors to be present at Brgy. Talisay! 🌼Thank you to Captain Prospero Pechangco, Jr. from Brgy. Centro Norte; to Captain Amancio Sumanga, Jr. from Brgy. Centro Sur, to Captain John Jontilano from Brgy. Perfecta as well!

🚑Thank you as well to Sir Arnold Demegillo for allowing some of his staff to take their time off to donate blood; to Maam Mary Ann Samulde for our help in the Philhealth Application; as well as to Philippine Red Cross Antique. 🫰

🍀Thank you as well to our midwife, Maam Marites Bancal, and to our mighty and loving Sir Michael Garzon, our DOH HRH Nurse, as well as to the Pandan PCF Staff for helping out during the event!

🌈But most all, we would like to give a huge packed red blood cell level of thanks to our beloved Talisay Punong Barangay, Kap Bienvenido D. Casidsid, and to the support of its Barangay Council! 🎉

🌺How to help others? I-Blood Control na lang natin yan!

🍀Samahan kami this Tuesday, September 16, 2025 sa Brgy. Talisay para sa ating Blood Donation Drive, Philhealth Registration,at Medical Consultation!

May snacks, and some freebiespara sa ating mga donors!

🌻Marami tayong matutulungan sa pag-donate ng dugo, at bawat patak ng dugo ay makakapag bigay ng pag-asa para sa ibang tao!

Sa mga mag-reregister sa Philhealht, please bring 2 valid IDs. Para sa mga dependent, padala po ng marriage certificate sa mga spouse, or PSA-issued birht certificate.

MGA GUIDELINES BAGO MAG-DONATE NG DUGO:
👨‍💼-Edad 18- 60 years old, at least 50 kg
🍱-Naka-kain ng almusal, pero IWASAN kumain ng baboy, baka, o mga mamantikang pagkain 16 hours bago mag-donate ng dugo
💤-Nakatulog ng at least 6-8 na oras
🍷-Walang nainom na alak sa nakaraang 10 hours, at ang huling pag-sigarilyo ay at least 8 hours
🤧-1 week pag-tapos gumaling sa ubo at sipon,
💊-OK din kahit may maintenance sa high blood ( except aspirin), Diabtes ( except insulin)
🌺-1 week before at 1 week after ng regla

⛈️🌻We Are Just as Shocked as You Are! During the Blood Donation Drive at Brgy. Jinalinan!🌈

🍀Gasping shocks of joy filled us because we are happy from the good turnout of donors! 🤙

🌺Last September 8, 2025, a Blood Donation Drive, along with a Medical Consultation, and Philhealth Registration was conducted at Brgy. Jinalinan!

💐We are very glad for the all the support we had gotten for this event!

🌸Firstly, thank you to Anipan Drug Store-Pandan/Nabas Branch and to Farmacia ni Doc ( Sir Jake Dales) for helping supplement our medicine supplies for this medical mission!

☘️We would also like to thank our beloved Punong Barangays- Captain Estela T. Hindap of Brgy. Zaldivar & to Captain Evelyn P. Ruiz of Brgy. Nauring for their support and encouragement for their townsfolk to support our blood donation drive!

💚We would also like to thank our Philhealth representative- Maam Charlotte Torrepalma for gracing us with her time, and our MSWD- headed by Maam Mary Ann Samulde for assisting us during this event! Thank you as well to the Pandan PCF Staff; as well as to Doc Judy Estoperez and Doc Roderick Palattao for their help during the medical consultation! 🫀

🐼🌈Lastly, we would like to thank the hospitable and ever-loving Barangay Council of Jinalinan, as headed by Carlito A. Candolita, Jr. and to our nurturing and every-thoughtful SB W***y Dioso for his relentless support for the people of Brgy. Jinalinan! 👨🏻‍🌾

🌈Heels, Nails, Blade, Mascara? All set for the Teenage Youth Era?🍀

🤙YES!

🏥The Pandan PCF had participated on the Pandan National Vocational High School’s Bayanihan Dialogue Program this September 12, 2025 for the first time!

🌸The emphasis of the discussion for the Grade 8 students of Section Bromeliad and Plumeria was a focus on Mental Health

❤️September is National Su***de Prevention Month, and we are very glad to be part of our Municipality’s efforts to empower mental health especially for the teenagers!

🌺Thank you to Dr. Maria Cozette Penaflorida for inviting us to empower the youth; as well as to si Lerie Talaguit and Melchie Ramos for helping us coordinate options and meetings.

💪Big thanks as well to Sir Jay Yuarata, our Team Leader from the Department of Health’s Human Resource for Health (HRH) for conducting the lectures and being a great influence on the PNVS High School Youth! 🌻

🩺School-Based Immunization at Brgy. Sta. Ana!

☁️To the North We go!

🤙Mas Matutupad ang mga Pangarap kung May Bakuna!

🍏Noong nakaraang September 4, 2025, kami ay nag-bakuna sa pinaka puso ng Pandan dito sa Brgy. Sta. Ana!

📚Ang mga bakuna ay magdadagdag ng proteksyon sa ating mga Grade 1 na estudyante sa mga sakit kagaya ng measles, rubella, tetanus, diphtheria, at sa ating mga Grade 4 at 7 kagaya ng HPV. 💪

🎄💜Maraming salamat po sa suporta ng ating mga magulang sa mapagmahal na pag-aruga mula sa staff ng Sta. Ana National High School! Super copy paste lang, pero we mean what we say sincerel! 🍏

🌺Thank you to Maam Maribeth Magbanua for helping us in organizing and coordinating and for adding intrepid smiles to the brave high school teens of Sta. Ana National High School! Thank you as well to the entire Pandan PCF team for the intrepid efforts of our Pandan PCF Staff; for our PCF midwives Maam Lerma Fulgencio & Dorothy Joy Varon, as well as to our DOH HRH Nurse Maam Debbie Roquero!
