Para sa mga kababayan natin na nangangailangan ng atensyong medikal/Konsulta,
Dahil po sa kasaulukuyan ay nakasara pa ang Batasan Hospital( Domingo V. Flores Hospital) sa Macabebe.

✅ Ang Bagong Urgent Care And Ambulatory Services( BUCAS) ay patuloy nagbibigay ng serbisyong kalusugan para sa lahat.

📍Maaari po tayong magpunta sa JBL Extension San Matias, San Thomas Pampanga
na bukas Lunes- Biyernes.

✅ Mayroon pong libreng sakay na maghahatid sa ating mga pasyente upang makapunta po doon at makapag konsulta.

✅ 📍Ang entry point of service po ay sa tabi ng SOUTH STAR DRUG STORE o Tabi ng Terminal ng Tricycle San Juan

✅ Oras: 8:00- 9:00 am ~ Registration/ Pagpapalista
10:00-10:30 am- pag-alis
(Isang byahe lang kada araw)


✅Ano po ang kailangang gawin para makasakay/ makasabay?

- Magpunta sa inyong pinakamalapit na Barangay Health Center para mabigyan kayo ng referral
- Maaari din pong dumeretyo na sa station kung saan ang entry point of service.

Walang mukha o kasarian ang HIV at AIDS.

Importanteng malaman ang HIV status para maaga ang pagkuha ng serbisyong makatutulong sa pagmanage nito.

🔎 HIV screening at confirmatory testing

𝐁𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐋𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲

Muli po tayong nananawagan sa ating mga kababayan na handang magpaabot ng tulong sa pamamagitan ng pagdonate ng kanilang dugo. Magkakaroon po tayong muli ng Blood Letting Activity na gaganapin sa June 5, 2025 sa Apalit Rural Health Unit-I, San Juan, Apalit, Pampanga at magsisimula sa ika-8:00 ng umaga.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
🩸 Generally in good health condition
🩸 Age: 16-65 years old (16-17 years old needs guardian's written consent)
🩸 Weight: Minimum of 110 lbs or 50 kgs
🩸 Physical examination will be assessed prior to donation
BEFORE DONATION:
🩸 Have enough sleep, minimum of 5 hours
🩸 No alcohol intake 24 hours prior to blood donation
🩸 Travel, medications, piercing, and tattoos will be assessed on site
🩸 Have something to eat prior to blood donation, avoid fatty foods
AFTER DONATION:
🩸 Drink plenty of fluids like water or juice
🩸 Refrain from stooping down
🩸 Refrain from strenuous activities
🩸 If there is discoloration and swelling on the puncture site, you may apply cold compress for the first 24 hours followed by warm compress for the next 24 hours
🩸 If there is dizziness, just lie down on a flat surface with feet elevated
DONATE BLOOD. it's safe, it's simple and it saves lives.

The Department of Health (DOH) and the Pampanga Health Office (PHO) has formally certified the 𝗔𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁 𝗥𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁-𝗜 as Level 1 Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility (AFHF).

The successful attainment of this certification signifies that our facility have demonstrated full compliance with the established standards for Adolescent-Friendly Health Facilities at Level 1.
