NOTICE: TEMPORARY DESIGNATED PARKING SPACE FOR HOSPITAL CLIENTS

We wish to bring to your attention that, in accordance with the recent directives issued by the esteemed Mayor of Atok, the first floor of the currently under-construction New Public Market, has been allocated as a temporary designated parking area for hospital clients.

This step taken by our beloved Mayor is intended to offer convenience and improve access to parking facilities for individuals in need of medical services at our hospital. We extend our gratitude for this initiative.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience that may arise due to the limited parking spaces available on our hospital premises. Your patience and understanding in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Lost & Found Item Notification:

We would like to announce the recovery of a bag containing assorted groceries, which was returned to us at Atok District Hospital. This orange Ecobag was inadvertently left by a patient who attended a check-up at the Outpatient Department (OPD) on December 9, 2024 (Monday). It appears that the bag was mistakenly included with the belongings of another discharged patient, resulting in it being taken home by the relatives of that patient.

Unfortunately, this incident occurred during a particularly busy time in our facility, and as such, the security personnel on duty were unable to identify the mix-up amidst the large influx of patients. We appreciate the goodwill of those who returned the item; it speaks to the commendable values of kindness and integrity.

We are currently reaching out to the rightful owner of the groceries to facilitate the return of the bag. The orange Ecobag may be collected at the Public Assistance Desk, which is situated in front of the Emergency Room, or you may request assistance from our Security Guard.

Identification will be reviewed via the CCTV for verification purposes.

- The acceptance period for the submission of relevant specimens will officially commence on December 26, 2024. It is crucial for all business owners to take note of this initiation date to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- The cut-off time for the submission of specimens is firmly established at 10 AM. All applicants are strongly encouraged to ensure that their specimens are submitted within this time frame to facilitate timely processing and avoid any potential delays that could arise from late submissions.

- Following the cut-off time, the laboratory will undertake the necessary analyses and assessments of the submitted specimens. The results will be made available to the applicants by 2 PM on the same day. This timeline has been meticulously structured to provide an efficient turnaround while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and reliability in the reporting of results.

It is imperative that all parties involved adhere strictly to these designated timeframes to ensure a smooth and efficient process in the application for Business Permits.
