Parents: awang awa ako sa anak ko Pinaiyak ng Dentist, ang sakit pala sa Pakiramdam na ibang tao nagpapaiyak sa Anak mo.

Dentists: Mas masakit po sa Pakiramdam namin na kahit Wala pa kaming Ginagawa umiiyak ang mga bata pagdating pa lang sa Dental Clinic.

Tandaan po natin ang Bata umiiyak dahil
1. First time niya pumunta sa Dental Clinic at para sa kanya, napaka Creepy ng Dental Clinic.
2. Iiyak siya kase Di niya kilala ang Dentist.
3. Iiyak siya kase wala siya idea ano gagawin sa kanya.

Umiiyak ang Bata dahil sa Takot hindi dahil sinaktan ng Dentist, dapat natin tandaan na ito ang Normal Reaction ng Bata kapag takot sila. At madalas kahit di masakit gawin sa Kanila kahit Checkup lang Iiyak talaga sila dahil sa TAKOT.

Advice:
1. Dapat ang Dental Education mag sstart sa Bahay, bilang magulang dapat tinuturo na natin sa bata ang Oral Care at ang Mga Dentist ang mag aalaga sa Ngipin nila, Huwag po ninyo kaming Gawin panakot sa mga anak Ninyo.
2. Yes as early as 1 year old dapat sanayin na ang bata mag Visit sa Clinic, para maging pamilyar siya sa Dental Clinic setup. Kahit wala silang sirang Ngipin kahit checkup at cleaning lang every 6 months.
3. Huwag maging mindset ang Kapag sirang sira na ang Ngipin ng bata duon dadalhin sa Clinic at pwersahin ang bata kahit Takot na takot.
4. Ang bata iiyak kapag Takot kaya dapat sanayin pumunta sa Dental Clinic, At kapag na introduced ng maayos ang Clinic sa kanya i'm sure sila na mismo magsasabi sa Inyo na Mommy i want to visit my Dentist.
5. Tandaan bata sila kaya di mo mapipilit ang gusto mo, madaming magulang ang di maka gets nito at sinasabi sa mga bata sayang Oras ko sa pagdala sa Inyo dito tapos dika naman papagawa. Magulang tayo dapat pag tiyagaan natin ang mga anak natin hangang dumating ang time na masanay sila sa Dental Clinic.

✨ From Impacted to Impactful! ✨
At Grateful Grins Dental Care Center, we celebrate every milestone in our patients’ smile journeys.

📅 March 2024 – X-ray revealed an impacted canine and unerupted premolar. Baby teeth were removed to make way for proper alignment.
📅 May 2024 – Braces were placed.
📅 July 2024 – Progress check: closed gap between 2 front teeth but requires midline correction and bite alignment…though the canine had not yet erupted
🗓️ November 2024- We had to cut through the gums to expose tip of the canine. The rest is history…
📅 August 2025 – A beautiful breakthrough: the canine fully erupted, the smile aligned, and confidence restored!
