Roi Zedrick Belen emerged as the Rank 1 topnotcher in the April 2026 Midwives Licensure Examination with an impressive rating of 93.70%, a result that he admitted came as a surprise as he did not expect to reach the top spot despite anticipating that he would pass the board exam.

According to his initial reaction, he shared that he is still adjusting to the news of his achievement. While he had been confident about passing the licensure exam due to his preparation and self-review strategy, he acknowledged that reaching the top spot was beyond his expectations.

Meanwhile, the Camarines Sur Polytechnic Colleges (CSPC) recorded a 57.14% passing rate, surpassing the national passing rate of 42.42%, based on official results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

The strong performance of CSPC highlights the institution’s continued excellence in midwifery education, with Belen’s topnotch achievement further amplifying the school’s success in the recent licensure examinations.
