LDL = bad cholesterol. The lower, the better!
Pero paano nga ba pababain ang LDL?
✔️ Kumain ng tama: more gulay, prutas, whole grains, isda, nuts
❌ Iwas sa bad fats: fried foods, processed meats, chips, instant noodles, butter/margarine
🏃♂️ Mag-ehersisyo 150 minutes per week
🚭 Huwag mag yosi or v**e (nagpapasama lalo sa LDL)
🍷 Huwag uminom ng alak
💊 Uminom ng reseta ng doktor kung kailangan (statins, etc.)
👉 Regular check-up para siguradong abot LDL goal mo!
