Dear Parents,

If your child says, “My throat hurts and I’m not feeling well,” please don’t ignore it. Take a moment to check their soft palate for any reddish spots—this could be an early sign of Hand, Foot & Mouth Disease (HFMD).

Also, monitor their temperature, as HFMD typically starts with a mild fever lasting 1–2 days. Rashes on the hands and feet usually appear later and are HIGHLY CONTAGIOUS‼️

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO SCHOOL if symptoms are present.
This helps prevent the spread to classmates and ensures everyone’s safety.

Let’s be PROACTIVE & SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE.
