This is the reason why I do not allow backdating your medical certificate & why I do not change the patient's name & date on the prescription. Medical certificates & prescriptions are legal documents & should not be tampered with.
As doctors, we understand your sentiments. We also want to help you in every single way, but we could lose our right to practice medicine because of this, and eventually we won't be able to help other patients.
So please understand...

Below is just an example of a person who complained that a doctor changed the name on the prescription to avail a senior citizen discount. 😔
