Alliance of Patient Organizations with DLSU, ISUFST, Richard Clark Fellows for Global Health. Discussion will also include the Universal Health Care (Philhealth) awareness. You can register thru the QR code . The forum will also help inform the family of patients with rare conditions of their Philhealth benefits.

We have decided to add ONLINE CONSULTATIONS to our services. This way, you can minimize the risk of exposure to public places where transmission of infectious diseases is always a risk.

***Teleconsultation, however, cannot and will never replace actual physical examinations at the clinic. For this reason, we will limit teleconsultation to mild illnesses only. If symptoms do not resolve after the initial management, we suggest you book an appointment in this page. If symptoms progress (moderate-severe/emergency cases), please inform us and go directly to the nearest hospital for a more comprehensive evaluation/treatment.

Kindly take note of the NEW PROTOCOL. This is to ensure everyone's safety in the clinic. 🙂

Steps before going to the clinic:
1. Set an appointment with the secretary. She will give you a code that you will show to the guard in the lobby. Those without appointment codes will not be allowed inside the building.
2. Confirm scheduled visit with the secretary at least 1-2 days before the scheduled date (for cancellation, inform us ahead of time). We will limit to 10 patients per day.
3. For general pediatrics and clinical genetics evaluation, the initial interview and screening will be done through SMS or online (Viber, Line, Facebook messenger) to shorten the duration of time spent inside the clinic.
4. We will only see well-adults and children inside the clinic. Those with other complaints (fever, colds, cough, reddish eyes, sore throat, rash, vomiting, diarrhea, or possible infectious illnesses), please send us a message.
5. We encourage you to bring your alcohol for hand disinfection.
6. We encourage you to bring the exact amount of money for payment. We also accept cashless mode of payment through online banking and GCASH.
On the day of the consult:
1. Please be in the building 30min before your schedule. Triaging and temperature checking will be done at the main entrance.
2. Wear your masks (preferably surgical masks). NO MASK, NO ENTRY policy (children 2yo and below are exempted) will be implemented.
3. Show the appointment codes (given by the secretary) to the guards in the lobby. The codes will serve as passes, so you'll be allowed inside the building.
4. Please wait at the lobby/vehicle until it is your turn for consultation.
5. Observe physical distancing - only 1 healthy companion per patient is allowed inside the clinic; others will have to wait at the lobby or in the vehicles.
6. Please do hand washing before entering the building or hand rub with alcohol before entering the clinic.
7. Duration of consultation will be limited to 15min per general pediatrics and surgery consult, 30min or less for genetics evaluation.
8. Complete and sign the COVID screening form given by the secretary.
9. We encourage you to bring the exact amount of money for payment. We also allow cashless mode of payment through online banking or GCASH. Hand rub with alcohol after handling money.
10. Allow a few minutes of delay before the next consultation to allow ample time (5-10min) for cleaning and disinfection of office equipment and supplies.

TO OUR DEAR PATIENTS:

We are glad to announce that, after 2 months, we are finally opening the clinic. We created this clinic FB page to address your medical concerns during this challenging time while we are all facing and fighting this global health crisis. This page is where you will get updates, announcements, and was set up to also organize appointments in the clinic.

The community quarantine gave us ample time to prepare ourselves and the clinics, so we can continue to cater to your needs and be better equipped against COVID19 while also ensuring everyone's safety. We came up with a protocol where you and the physicians will feel safer while medical concerns are being addressed. This will be our new clinic set-up and the new normal.

Our clinic will be open for appointments only on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. You can reach us through text, call (numbers published on the page) or preferably facebook messenger (private message). You may also contact our secretary Noveva for inquiries and appointments using the number posted on the page.

We are also offering additional services for those who are not too comfortable with going to the clinics. ONLINE consultations (teleconsultation) will be available but has limitations (see details in our timeline post). Our teleconsultation service is available from Monday-Saturday (8AM-5PM) - just send us a message on this page ;). Patients with urgent concerns should go to the nearest emergency room or hospital.
