3 signs that you have acute appendicitis

How do you know if you have gallstone disease?

Gallstone simply means the presence of stones in the gallbladder. It is usually caused by fatty diet or fried foods. Patients with gallstones are usually asymptomatic until complications occur. The 3 most common complaints are
1. Pain at the right upper quadrant of the abdomen where the gallbladder is located. The pain is usually triggered by intake of fatty foods.
2. Jaundice or yellowish discoloration of the skin especially the sclerae.
3. Fever due to infected gallbladder known as Acute Cholecystitis.

If you experience the above signs and symptoms, ULTRASOUND at the right upper abdomen is indicated for diagnosis to detect the presence of stones in the gallbladder.
