Magbigay ng inspirasyon at pag-asa sa mga CKD patients on CRT!

Kung ikaw ay isang CKD patient on CRT, maari kang sumali sa “Ulirang Kidney Warrior Award 2024” sa 22nd PSN Family Day 2024 na gaganapin sa June 30,2024. Gumawa ng video at isulat ang inyong kwento ng paglaban sa inyong karamdaman upang ipaalam sa iba pang may karamdaman. Maging inspirasyon sa mga katulad mong CKD patient. Malaman din nila na may komunidad na tumutulong upang isulong ang proyekto laban sa kidney disease.

Bawat Ospital o Dialysis center ay dapat magbigay ng dalawang (2) entries lamang. Ang mga mapipiling kwento ay mananalo ng papremyo.

Tandaan:
Gumawa ng 2.5min video. Sagutin ang mga tanong na nasa mechanics, mag interview, mag-kwento sa loob ng video.
Kasama ng 150 word essay sa Filipino o English
Ang video ay may mensahe ng pag-asa, suporta at pampatibay-loob para sa katulad mong CKD patient on CRT.
