It's Summer! Let's encourage our kids to learn some tools we wished we had earlier to manage our lives better! 🙏❤️
Let them join our FREE meditation class where they will learn the beauty of breathing , being grateful and happy😊🙏❤️. It's a quick experience but it will surely make an impact on them.
And yes! they can also avail of the medical check .

A cold, serene afternoon in nature. 🙏 A perfect space to listen from within, to be still, to connect and receive ❤️🙏. Meditation is always the maintenance pill for happiness and inner peace.
A continuous programme on transformation with these kids through healing and meditation. 🙏 It's heart warming to know how the journey releases them from the heaviness of things, situations and people in this stage of their lives .❤️
Grateful for the unending support from Smiling Hearts group of Daily Prana SEVA, Selfless Service ❤️❤️❤️ .

They need to be well, fit, healthy and happy to enjoy their retirement lives.🙏❤️
Let's give them the experience ,the practice which can give them relief from back and joint pain, allow more quality of sleep, more calm and joyful day .🧘‍♀️❤️
Send them for FREE YOGA and Breathwork Sessions twice a week! It's on us! It's a gift.
They can continue practicing this at home when June is over. 🙏❤️ We will give them lifetime tool.

What: Shop & Flow, a fundraising event for Seva by Daily Prana
When: March 11,2023
7:00 am - Yoga
8:00 am onwards - Market Day
Where: The Shophouse Heritage, BS Aquino Dr, Bacolod City

The booth will be free, instead we will be asking for a portion of the sales (15%) to raise funds for Seva’s upcoming activities.

The Seva Energy-Medical Clinic pillar of
Daily Prana Seva had their medical mission earlier today at Brgy. 14, Dawis, Bacolod City. This is in collaboration with the USLS College of Medicine Famed group and College of Nursing Student Council.

Medical consultation was headed by Dr. Frances Dianah Marie D. Fernandes and Dr. Jomelle Gem Justiniani. The consultation was done to 70 adults and kids of Dawis. The College of Medicine and College of Nursing did the registration, history taking, vitals signs check-up, and medicine and snacks distribution.

Special thanks to Kagawad Bello and Nurse Juvy of Brgy. 14 for connecting with us to make this initiative possible.

The event was truly a success and we’re looking forward to reaching more communities in the future. Blessings be to all. 🙏🏻

JOIN US for a day of movement and fun! 🙏🏻❤️

We will be having our first fundraising event this coming March 11, 2023 for SEVA by Daily Prana. This is to support the upcoming activities we have prepared for our programs, Hearts for Furs, Smiling Hearts, Golden Care, and Energy Clinic.

Empower your children with the practice of meditation - a habit that promotes focus, relaxation, and mental strength. This Saturday, we're holding a free meditation class for kids and teenagers ages 10-18 years old and we would love to invite your children to join us!

The event is free of charge and will be held on February 25, 2023 @ 10 am at Daily Prana 2F The Shophouse Heritage, BS Aquino Drive.
