Ending my 10 days of practice in Palawan with a grateful heart. I’m so happy that I was able to save another precious life 🤗 My patient is a 35 y/o G4P1(0120) who came in with an elevated BP at the clinic. My patient was only on her 30-31 weeks age of gestation. So inadmit ko yung patient with a plan to control her BP, give steroids for fetal lung maturity and to prolong her pregnancy up to 34 weeks. But unfortunately she developed HELLP syndrome so we had to terminate her pregnancy kahit naka 3 doses lang kmi ng steroids. Luckily I was able to start her with Magnesium sulfate for seizure prevention and at the same time neuroprotection. Our baby is now on her 5th day of life 🥰 Please pray for our little warrior 🙏🏻 Thank you Lord for making us an instrument of healing ❤️‍🩹

Survived another hectic and tiring day 💪🏻 Started the day at 7 am with my scheduled hysterectomy. This is a case of a 47 y/o with abnormal uterine bleeding who underwent endometrial curettage 7 months ago. Her histopath showed Non-Atypical Simple and Complex Hyperplasia, endometrium. Patient was lost to follow up and did not take any medications. Her bleeding recurred and on admission her hemoglobin was down to 71. Thank you Lord for a successful surgery 🙏🏻 Anemia was corrected prior to surgery. Thank you to all blood donors out there. 🤗

If you experience irregular me**es consult your Gynecologist. Don’t wait for things to get worst.

OB-GYN at work 😉 My passion 🥰

This is a case of a 43 y/o G2P1, term, and not known hypertensive. We delivered her first baby via NSD despite having gestational hypertension. But on her current pregnancy Her blood pressure shoot up to 200/150 on follow-up check-up and despite the medical management it remained elevated 🫣 She has been experiencing decreased fetal movement for the past few days and I’ve been closely monitoring her for growth restriction due to a low birth weight on her scans and prenatals. Thank God we were able to deliver a live, healthy small for gestational age baby boy 🤗 God is good 🙏🏻
