DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
Job Qualifications:
*Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorโs / College Degree (preferably Business courses)
*Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
*With excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to work well with others.
*Can work under pressure.
*Relevant work experience in document control and management.
*Ability to create and maintain filing systems.
*Attention to details and accuracy.
*Proficient in documentation (preferably on construction-related documents).
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Job Qualifications:
*Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant
*With hands-on accounting experience preferably with the use of Quickbooks.
*Familiar with SEC Compliances
*Knowledgeable in making Financial Statements
*Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
*Ability to work independently and take initiative.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
IT OFFICER
Job Qualifications:
*Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's / College Degree (preferably Information Technology course or relevant)
*Preferred Technical Skills: WordPress development, any of the programming languages (NodeJS, Angular & Python Django), SQL programming languages (PostgreSQL & MySQL), Git version control and cloud services (GoDaddy & AWS)
*Must have basic knowledge in computer troubleshooting & networking
*Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office and Video Editing Tools
*Understanding of web security tools and practices
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to work well with others
